Delicious Diabetic Desserts

Diabetic  Delicious chocolate Crème Filling

1 (8 ounce) fat free cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce cool whip). thawed
1 (4 ounce) sugar free chocolate instant pudding
2-3 packs Equal


Cream dairy products with Cool Beat, combining well. Spread in immediate pudding with equal mix until well combined. You can fill the following cookies with this creme stuffing or provide it as is.

Diabetic Chocolate Sandies

1/4 cup butter, softened
1 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 cups pecans, finely ground

Cream butter,melted delicious chocolate and sugar replacement: Add water and vanilla flavor and mix well. Combine together the flour and pecans. Cool at least 4 hours or till next day. Form into paintballs. Prepare on ungreased lasagna pan at 325 levels for 15 to 20 moments. Take it out of pan instantly.
Sugar Free Fudge

16 oz. cream cheese softened
2 unsweetened chocolate squares, (1 oz. each)
melted and cooled
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8 inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Cut in 16 squares and serve.
